If you haven’t been to Azucar in Little Havana, You’re missing out.

This was an epic drum circle on the beach underneath the full moon. Just a pleasure to see a bunch of carefree people just having a good time together. And by people I also mean a baby in a pouch.

With no bartenders willing to show me how to make a daquiri I had to resort to the good ol Internet to show me Hemingways favorite drink.

This crazy holiday actually has nothing to do with pigs and everything to do with math. In the 60s, two math students at Princeton were given the assignment to analyze the properties of the number 17. Like most math problems, it drove them crazy and thus they invented a mythical yellow pig with 17 eyes, 17 toes and 17 teeth.  Today all math geeks get together on 7/17 to celebrate the number 17 through the use of Yellow pigs whether it be eating yellow pig cake or singing yellow pig carols. Cooking “old clothes” with my old man.

It just So happens that I’m not in the dog house right now. If I was there really isn’t any way to get out it’s all up to the woman to decide when she lets you out.

The term refers to sending your dog to the dog house outside so they cant cohabitate with humans anymore so when your girlfriend or wife gets upset she sends you out the doghouse. Problem with that term is people don’t have a dog house anymore. They have their dogs on the bed, licking their face. The dog house practically is the whole house. Anyways, I love this JC Penney campaign makes great use of the term by making it a real place wives send guys that give bad gifts. Hilarious stuff.
